Fill Out The Vendor Application Below:
Completed Application Should Include:
1. Signed and Dated Application Form
2. Vendor Space Fee
3. You can pay vendor fee once vendor application has been filled out and submitted.
Note: Vendor space fee is non-refundable. You must also list what you are selling on your application. You must send a picture of intended merchandise that you wish to sell or display. You must get liability insurance for your business upon the event. You are also responsible for your own booth. According to the state law, you must have a retail license permit for merchandise. Festival coordinators are not responsible for damage to property. Vendor fees are non-refundable in the event of inclement weather.
