Please complete the application if you would like to submit for a solo artist, band or group to perform at the Sir Classic's May Day Classic festival stage. 
Complete application should include:
1. Signed and dated application form. 
2. Photo and press kit.
3. Registration fee.

Performers, submit a performance video, photo and a bio with a $30 non-refundable application fee for solo acts and $50 non-refundable application fee for bands/groups below. We will listen to a maximum of (2) two songs. All the information and product sent to us must be properly labeled, and submitted material becomes the property of Sir Classic's May Day Classic festival and can not be returned. Only artists, bands, groups and/solo performers considered for a performance will be notified.

    Stage Time

    (Note: Only Artists, bands, groups or solo performers that are picked from submissions and are considered for a performance slot will be notified.) Artist, bands or groups will have an eight(8) to ten(10) set of performance time on stage. The applicant understands that and agrees that all submitted content material cannot be returned and may be distributed as necessary for listening purposes to Sir Classic's May Day Classic festival staff & committee personnel. Artist, bands or group performances must be clean with no profanity.
    Sir Classic's May Day Classic festival coordinators are not responsible for any personal injuries or liable for any bodily harm.
